Yggdrasil Partners With DreamTech To Release ‘Ice And Fire’ Slot
Yggdrasil has released a brand new video slot.
The popular game provider, which is known for slots such as Baron Samedi and Aldo’s Journey, launched a new video slot Ice And Fire this week in partnership with DreamTech Gaming, an independent game developer part of Yggdrasil’s YG Masters, a program which helps up-and-coming game developers create and release games.
According to Yggdrasil’s official announcement, two elemental enemies face-off against each other across two split 5×5 screens and share Wild symbols while lacked into an eternal battle. It’s up to players to use these Wilds to create winning combinations and land big wins.
The Wild symbols are mirrored across dual reel sets, no matter which screen they land on. Wins created in the game trigger cascading features where new symbols fall onto the reels to replace winning symbols. Players who successfully manage to land four or more cascades on a single spin trigger the Free Games feature where players are asked to select an elemental dragon to represent them in their battle for glory and winnings.
In the Free Games feature, players can trigger up to 150 extra Wild symbols and are given the opportunity to re-trigger the feature. What’s more, the game includes a multiplier feature where three Scatter symbols trigger 10 Free Games with an increasing multiplier on every cascading win.
The news comes after the popular slot provider launched its Temple Stacks video slot featuring the brand new Splitz mechanic which can boost the number of active paylines in the slot, changing the game and giving players a chance to make additional winning combinations.
