Yggdrasil Launches New TikiPop Slot With YG Masters Partner AvatarUX
Earlier this week, leading game provider Yggdrasil announced the launch of its brand new TikiPop online slot developed by YG Masters partner AvatarUX.
TikiPop is the fifth Yggdrasil online slot to use AvatarUX’s PopWins game mechanic where winning symbols pop and are replaced by two additional symbols to increase the reel’s height. This popping continues until no more wins are made.
AvatarUX’s TikiPop is South American-themed, uses a 5×7 layout, and has 33,614 paylines with a chance to win a maximum of £32,000, which is huge! The game is also jam-packed with special features, including a gambling mechanic where players can upgrade their free spins level.
The game’s free spins mode is triggered after landing three or more scatter symbols on the reels, with more scatter symbols triggering more spins. During the free spins mode, successful wins increase the mode’s multiplier by one point and expand the reels. Once all reels have been expanded, the multiplier will increase to 2x, and extra free spins can be triggered.
The release of TikiPop marks AvatarUX’s sixth major game launch, following WildPops, CherryPop, PopRocks, BountyPop, and Lilith’s Inferno, all of which have been made under Yggdrasil’s YG Masters programme.
Stuart McCarthy, the Head of Partner Programs at Yggdrasil, said in a statement: “AvatarUX’s PopWins games are real highlights in our YG Masters offering and we’re delighted to welcome the newest addition to the family. TikiPop features an engaging theme while the wins are bigger than ever in this immersive adventure.”
Marcus Honney, the Managing Director at AvatarUX, added: “Our PopWins mechanic has allowed us to reach players all over the world and provide a thrilling gaming experience, and we’re ecstatic to launch our latest game, TikiPop. With a level-based free spins mode, players can enjoy watching wins pop even more in this tantalising tribal tale.”
