Wazdan’s Larry The Leprechaun won big at the 2019 MGM Awards.
Popular game provider Wazdan, which is known for slots such as Magic Stars and Power Of Gods The Pantheon, announced the news last week, revealing that its critically acclaimed game Larry The Leprechaun had won top prize at the 2019 MGM Awards, taking home the Slot Game of the Year award.
According to Wazdan’s blog post, the category looks at all new slots to see which games offer the “best odds and highest payouts”. Judges also check whether the games offer jackpots and “engaging narratives that show off beautiful graphics and attention to detail”.
Larry The Leprechaun, based on a fun Irish theme, managed to surpass all expectations by featuring jaw-dropping 3D graphics as well as high-quality sounds and music, and the numerous special features available. What’s more, the slot includes a gripping story in which players are tasked with following Larry on a journey through an enchanted forest to find a pot of gold and more treasure.
