Volt Casino Has Been Shortlisted for the Malta Gaming Awards 2018

Volt Casino has been shortlisted for the Malta Gaming Awards 2018.

The online casino, which is licensed in both the UK and Malta, launched only six months ago but has already been shortlisted for the iGaming Brand of the Year category.

Volt Casino, which we’ve reviewed here, offers a wide selection of slots, table and live casino games. Instead of bonuses, Volt Casino features a rewards Volt points system in which players earn points and can exchange them for bonus spins, cash rewards and more.

The Malta Gaming Awards will be held on November 27 at the MFCC, Ta’Qali at 7 pm. Guest of honour and President of Malta, Marie-Louise Coleiro-Preca will be attending along with internationally acclaimed opera singer Joseph Calleja.

Alongside Volt, which was also shortlisted for the Rising Star SBC Award, casinos such as Mr Green, Bet365 and Betsson are all competing for the award at the inaugural event.

The Other Awards

Meanwhile, slots developer Wazdan was shortlisted for the Game Vendor award at MGA alongside other developers such as Play’n Go, Pragmatic Play and Ganapati.

Wazdan, who develop casino games, has become hugely popular in recent months due to their unique gaming features. The firm has created a series of special features that are available only on Wazdan casino games.

One feature is an energy saving mode which allows you to play Wazdan games at 60% of the normal battery consumption. While it’s tailored towards mobile gaming, it also works on PCs and laptops. They’ve also developed a double screen mode which lets you see the game and paytable at the same time.

Other awards include the RNG Casino Supplier (NetEnt, Habanero and Pragmatic Play), Best Slot Game (Microgaming, Ganapati and Pragmatic Play), Casino (Mr Green, Leovegas and Videoslots), Slots Platform (Aspire Global, Microgaming and SkillOnNet) plus many more.
