Providers Microgaming And Play’n GO Release Brand New Casino Games

Microgaming Play'n GO Slots

Providers Microgaming and Play’n GO have released new casino games this week.

The final week of January has been quiet for video slot releases as Microgaming and Play’n GO are some of the only providers to have launched new games. The firms announced their games in individual blog posts this week, detailing the themes, gameplay mechanics and features, and they sound great.

Microgaming’s Balloon Game

Microgaming was the first to announce a new game this week. On January 28th, the firm unveiled its The Incredible Balloon Machine, a game developed by Crazy Tooth Studio exclusively for Microgaming. The game doesn’t work like a traditional slot. Rather than using reels and paylines, the game requires players to inflate balloons by holding down a button and increasing each balloon’s credit.

However, each balloon has a risk of popping if it’s inflated too much, resulting in a lost wager. The unique game also features Crazy Tooth Studio and Microgaming’s WiNCREASE feature as well as randomly triggered multipliers of up to 10x and a Pick Bonus feature where players are required to pick balloons across eight rounds, earning them multipliers and other bonuses.

The game marks Microgaming’s final slot of January 2020. James Buchanan, the firm’s Director of Global Operations, said in a statement: “Microgaming’s January titles are representative of the variety and quality that will be rolled out throughout 2020. The mechanics of these feature-rich exclusive games combine with innovative new designs to create a thrilling gameplay experience for all players.”

Microgaming and Crazy Tooth Studio’s The Incredible Balloon Machine can be found at online casinos Slots Magic, Videoslots, Energy Casino, Drueck Glueck, Volt Casino, 44Aces, ICE36 Casino, Bacanaplay, and PlayOJO.

Play’n GO’s Hybrid Slot

Play’n GO, meanwhile, announced the launch of their new video slot on January 30th. In their post, the slot provider unveiled its Coywolf Cash slot, based on the North American animal coywolf – a hybrid of a coyote and wolf. The game uses a 5×3 layout with 576 paylines with symbols including wolves, the coywolf, bears, lynxes, falcons, and the traditional playing card symbols.

The video slot contains dozens of special features including Wild substitutions. Coywolf Cash has a Wild reel which is triggered when a Mask Scatter symbol lands on the third reel. There are two tiers to the Wild Reel, both of which affect gameplay differently. Also in the game is the Prey Free Spins feature of up to 15 spins and multipliers to make bigger winning combinations.

Play’n GO CEO Johan Törnqvist said of the game: “We capture the essence of every game in its design – for example, the colourful tropical feel in Rainforest Magic. It was a lot of fun to base the game around an animal as interesting as the coywolf; I had no idea what they were before we started designing this game! With this game, the design reflects the nature and the surroundings of the Coywolf to immerse players in the game fully. A game should be an experience, not just a pastime, and that’s what we create with our releases.”

Play’n GO’s Coywolf Cash can be found at online casino sites such as Casumo Casino, NetBet, Bwin, PlayOJO, Mr Green, Wixstars, Cozino, Party Casino, Drueck Glueck, Casino Cruise, Fruity Casa, Spinit, Ahti Games, Karamba, Mr Play, and Genesis Casino.
