GIG

Gaming Innovation Group (GiG) has announced a partnership with GS Technologies Limited for the launch of a brand new online casino.

GiG announced the news this week, revealing that its partnership with GS Technologies will run for a minimum of three years and have an automatic extension for two one-year periods. Under the agreement, GS Technologies will use GiG’s platform and frontend development to launch a new casino brand under its own license from the Mala Gaming Authority (MGA).

GS Technologies runs several successful online casino brands and its Alpha Affiliate programme which launched back in 2012. Through it, GS Technologies coordinates its partners’ marketing efforts. The new online casino is set to open at the end of 2020 and will contribute to GiG’s revenue from 2021.

Nick Prokofev, the Chief Executive Officer of Alpha Affiliates, said in a statement: “Gaming Innovation Group is known in the iGaming industry as a reliable and trustful company. We are pleased to start one more successful project with such partner and believe that joining our efforts we can create many new successful and interesting brands. We are looking forward for long-lasting and mutually beneficial partnership.”

Richard Brown, the Chief Executive of GiG, added: “Alpha Affiliates has been a successful operator in the iGaming business over many years, and I am delighted that they have chosen our platform and front end technology for their new Malta-based casino brand. We are looking forward to a long-term relationship with our new partner.”

Partnering With Playtech

The news comes after GiG announced a partnership with Playtech for its iPoker products. Under the agreement, Playtech’s iPoker product, which allows over 35,000 players to compete against each other, will become available at GiG casino brands. This will offer gambling operators a selection of games with plenty of table stake options, buy-ins, and more.

Ben Clemes, the Chief Commercial Officer for GiG, said in a statement: “We are excited to have partnered with Playtech in entering the poker betting vertical. The integration of Playtech’s iPoker product with our iGaming Platform allows us to further extend our betting options and enables our partners to offer a strong poker betting player experience.”

He added: “As part of the process, we added to our microservices, which gives us the ability to scale and integrate with other third-party poker providers in the future – providing our partners with more flexibility and choice.”
